Operational Classification & Risk-Control Summary
for OSER Educational Outreach Programs
This page is designed for insurance agents, brokers, underwriters,
and institutional reviewers seeking a clear operational understanding
of OLDSCHOOL EXOTICS & REPTILES LLC (OSER).
OSER is an educational outreach and biosphere systems organization preparing its Williston, Florida location.
Programs are founder-led, welfare-monitored, and structured around
controlled educational interaction, biological literacy, environmental
awareness, and long-term animal welfare continuity. Reptile, Cuddly Creatures,
and Hybrid seminars are included in OSER’s initial Florida launch,
featuring reptiles and small animals as ESC-permitted ambassadors.
Florida programming will begin following completion of operational preparations.
OSER is a Florida registered LLC and an FWC-licensed Class III wildlife exhibitor.
Our state-issued authorizations include ESC Permit #891-008553
and Class III wildlife import permit IMP-III #818-003099.
Both permits are effective October 21, 2026 through October 20, 2027.

Operational Classification
OSER’s operating model is structured educational outreach:
controlled, founder-led animal education programs for senior
communities, schools, libraries, churches, camps, and
community organizations. The initial Florida launch includes
Reptile, Cuddly Creatures, and Hybrid seminars.
Cuddly Creatures and Hybrid seminars also remain available in
California and Washington, subject to scheduling and ambassador readiness.
Programs are designed for educational interpretation, biological
literacy, environmental awareness, and calm participant engagement.
The Florida small mammal roster includes sugar gliders, chinchillas,
ferrets, and guinea pigs with OSER ambassador-grade status and
ESC-permitted ambassador designations. These small mammals are
included in the initial Florida launch, with individual participation
determined by readiness, animal welfare, and venue conditions.
Program Format & Interaction Limits
OSER programs are not operated as unrestricted public handling
events, carnival attractions, entertainment exhibitions, open
petting-zoo-style operations, or performance-based animal programming.
Ambassador roles may be visual-only or, where
appropriate, include
carefully supervised tactile interaction.
Interaction remains founder-led, controlled, and welfare-monitored.
The vine snake retains its ESC ambassador designation and its
internal research-resident role, with no public interaction.
Animals may decline participation. The program structure and
participating ambassadors may be adjusted in response to observed
readiness, welfare indicators, and venue conditions.
Risk-Control Structure
OSER’s operational controls include:
- Founder-led interaction and audience moderation
- Voluntary animal participation standards
- Longitudinal behavioral monitoring
- Controlled participant engagement
- Animal substitution when welfare indicators require adjustment
- Calm, non-sensational educational presentation style
- Environmental stability and species-specific support systems
Ambassador candidates enter a
six-month internal certification process
governed by OSER’s proprietary CSECM framework
before qualifying for public participation.
This is OSER’s internal readiness process, not an external
accreditation. Certification depends on individual readiness,
suitability, animal welfare, and human safety. Completing the
time period alone does not guarantee certification, and readiness
continues to be assessed for each presentation.
Documented Operating History
OSER’s documented operating history includes
237+ educational presentations in California,
conducted across senior communities, schools, youth programs,
churches, and mixed-age educational environments.
This California operating history forms the foundation for OSER’s
current welfare, educational, environmental, and operational
standards developed through its California and Washington operations and carried forward into its Florida preparations.
OSER’s California DBA and Washington LLC remain in operation.
