By purchasing, scheduling, booking, attending, receiving, or otherwise engaging with any educational outreach program, biosphere system, planter system, consultation, maintenance service, environmental support program, feeder item, plant system, Environmental Spotlight release, educational media archive, or related operational service provided by OLDSCHOOL EXOTICS & REPTILES LLC (“OSER,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following operational terms and conditions.
Select a section to read its terms.
1. Operational Classification
OSER operates as a licensed and permitted Florida LLC providing structured mobile educational outreach and environmental systems services throughout Greater Central Florida. Educational outreach programs take place at customer venues. OSER is an FWC-licensed Class III wildlife exhibitor holding ESC Permit #891-008553 and Class III wildlife import permit IMP-III #818-003099. OSER’s California DBA and Washington LLC remain in operation.
Programs and services are designed around:
- Welfare-first operational standards
- Structured educational outreach
- Controlled founder-led interaction
- Environmental continuity systems
- Biological literacy and environmental awareness
- Long-term ecosystem and behavioral stability
OSER programs are not operated as unrestricted public handling events, carnival attractions, entertainment exhibitions, or petting-zoo-style operations.
2. Animal Welfare Priority
Animal welfare takes priority over scheduling, presentation goals, convenience, or client preference.
OSER reserves the right to:
- Substitute ambassador animals
- Modify interaction structure
- Adjust handling parameters
- Limit participant engagement
- Modify environmental conditions
- Postpone or discontinue participation
when behavioral, environmental, logistical, or welfare indicators make such action appropriate.
Participation remains voluntary at all times. Animals are never forced into interaction or presentation.
3. Educational Outreach Programs
Educational outreach programs are founder-led and professionally moderated. OSER’s initial Florida launch includes Reptile, Cuddly Creatures, and Hybrid educational outreach seminars featuring ESC-permitted reptile and small mammal ambassadors. OSER’s small mammals hold internal ambassador-grade status and are included in the Florida launch lineup. Cuddly Creatures and Hybrid seminars also remain available in California and Washington, subject to scheduling and ambassador readiness.
Programs may be adapted based on:
- Audience size
- Room structure
- Environmental conditions
- Participant demographics
- Animal readiness and welfare indicators
- Operational logistics
Standard seminar structures, included ambassador animals, pricing, and duration are determined by the applicable service agreement, invoice, scheduling confirmation, or operational communication.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Standard educational outreach programs include up to six ambassador animals
- Additional animals or expanded program structures may involve additional fees
- Additional presentation time may be billed separately
4. Recommended Audience Configuration
OSER educational outreach programs function most effectively when participants are arranged in a semi-circle or curved seating configuration surrounding the presentation area.
This arrangement improves:
- Participant visibility and educational engagement
- Controlled founder-led interaction and audience moderation
- Calm presentation flow and movement predictability
- Reduced environmental stress and crowd pressure for ambassador animals
- Safer spatial awareness during educational interaction
- More equitable participant visibility and interaction opportunity across the audience
Semi-circle configurations are generally more ADA-accommodating than full circular crowd formations, allowing clearer visibility lines, improved accessibility movement, and more balanced participant inclusion without excessive crowd compression.
Full-circle audience configurations may create unnecessary environmental pressure for ambassador animals while also making it more difficult for some participants to maintain consistent visibility and educational engagement.
5. Biosphere Systems & Environmental Stability
OSER biosphere systems are living ecological environments incorporating biological processes, environmental zoning, live planting systems, substrate ecology, and integrated environmental continuity systems. Biosphere purchases include the system, plants, and equipment only. Animals are not included.
Customers remain responsible for daily animal care, observation, feeding, water, and the following between scheduled service visits:
- Routine environmental oversight
- Watering and lighting management
- Basic environmental maintenance
- Monitoring of general environmental conditions
An active subscription provides the services specified in the agreed plan. Enrollment does not transfer responsibility for daily care or monitoring between visits to OSER.
Because biosphere systems are living environments, improper maintenance, environmental instability, or interrupted biological continuity may result in:
- Plant decline
- Microfauna collapse
- Environmental imbalance
- Moisture instability
- Animal stress
- Structural ecological degradation
OSER strongly recommends continuity support programs for long-term ecosystem performance and stability.
6. Ecosystem Continuity Support Programs
OSER continuity support services may include:
- Environmental monitoring support
- Habitat refresh systems
- Seasonal support for existing microfauna
- Ecological nutrient support
- Long-term environmental maintenance guidance
- Environmental stability assistance
Service scope, availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary depending on system configuration and operational conditions. Any animal-related support concerns customer-owned animals. Animals are not included, supplied, or replaced through subscription plans or environmental support vouchers.
7. Plant & Environmental System Sales
All plant systems, planters, biospheres, environmental systems, and related ecological products are individually assembled living systems. OSER’s biosphere and planter sales cover systems, plants, and equipment only. Animals are not sold or supplied with these systems. Species examples and capacity figures describe potential residents for suitability assessment only.
Because environmental conditions, biological balance, and natural growth patterns vary, individual systems may differ slightly in:
- Appearance
- Plant density
- Growth structure
- Environmental composition
- Seasonal condition
All plant and environmental system sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Feeder Sales & Nutritional Support
All feeder sales are final.
Availability may vary based on:
- Supply continuity
- Environmental condition
- Operational availability
- Nutritional stability standards
Supplementation, dusting, or nutritional preparation options, when available, must be selected at the time of order.
9. Payment Policies
Payment for educational outreach programs, biosphere systems, consultations, maintenance services, environmental systems, feeder items, plants, or related services is due according to the applicable scheduling agreement, invoice, operational arrangement, or written approval structure.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Educational outreach balances are due no later than the week following the scheduled event
- Custom environmental systems may require deposits or staged payment structures
- Operational scheduling may be delayed or withheld for unpaid balances
10. Scheduling, Cancellation & Operational Flexibility
Earliest scheduling availability: January 1, 2027. Please request service and program dates on or after January 1, 2027. Specific dates are subject to availability and confirmation by OSER.
